Phelarynmyphun offers educational courses and services. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and returns of our educational services. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances may change. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Before Course Start: Full refund available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
• Within 7 Days of Start: 50% refund available if cancellation is requested within 7 days of the course start date, but before the first session.
• After Course Start: No refunds are available once the course has commenced, except in cases of documented medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your enrollment and request a refund:

2. Provide your enrollment details, including course name and enrollment date.
3. State the reason for cancellation.
4. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment to a future course session, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date. A transfer fee may apply if requested within 7 days of the course start.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

• Course materials that have been downloaded or accessed
• Software licenses that have been activated
• Completed course sessions
• Administrative fees, if applicable

Course Cancellation by Phelarynmyphun

If we cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available course at no additional cost.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to fair resolution of disputes. For unresolved disputes, you may contact the New Zealand Consumer Protection agency.

Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other significant life events, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, even after the course has started. Contact us to discuss your situation.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under New Zealand consumer protection laws. If you believe a course does not meet the description provided or is not of acceptable quality, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
